Project CAN DO! Ballyclare

We are excited to announce that we have Project CAN DO! happening in Ballyclare! We are grateful to The United Parish of Christ Church & St John's for hosting this project!

The project will meet on Monday mornings from 10am-11.30am starting on 30th September and ending on 28th October! During each session we will journey through the Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing - looking at simple steps to help maintain and improve your wellbeing. This is a free programme with guest speakers, resources and refreshments!
